He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Penza and Gelorma "Jessie" Penza (Rizzotte); his sister Joann (Frank Verdi); and his close friends, Ross Restuccio and Jack Donio.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Tony Penza (Robin) of Hammonton and Jessie (Charles); his granddaughter Paloma of Orlando, Fla; his sister Evelyn Penza; and his sibling's children, Fred of Hammonton, Vincenzo Penza (Wendy) of Hammonton, Fran Verdi (Michelle) of Cedar Run, N. J. and Catherine Verdi of Moorestown, N. J..
