He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony R. DeMarco and Gladys Alloway DeMarco; his siblings, Mark Anthony and Anna Lynne; and his aunt Ruth Alloway Ramaciotti.

He is survived by: his husband William "Billy" Wilson; his nieces and nephews, Anthony J. DeMarco of Lancaster, Mark A. DeMarco of Hammonton, Barbara DeMarco and Kathleen DeMarco Van Cleve of Philadelphia; his daughter Martina of California; and also Dr. Robert Papinchak. He is also survived by spouses and his six great nephews.
