He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard B. Johnson and Margaret Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Jefery, Justin and Matthew; his grandchildren, Amelia, Eva, Hudson, Calvin and Jonah; and his brothers, Richard and Robert (Renee Johnson).
