He is survived by: his wife Irma Carreon Delgado; and his children, Juan Pedro Delgado Carreon, Rosaisela Maldonado Delgado, Fabiola Delgado Carreon, Jose Luis Delgado Carreon, Celia Delgado Carreon and Johanna Lopez. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many brothers and sisters.
