He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lynn Gazzara; his children, Nina Nicole Gazzara, Isabel Simone Gazzara and Leon "Trey" Joseph Gazzara III; his granddaughter Adeline May; his parents, Kathleen Mulhern and Leon J. Gazzara (Bonnie); and his sisters, Sharon Garrett (Loren) and Grace Marie Gazzara. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
