He is survived by: his children, Christopher Fredericks (Tina), Kim Fredericks (Eric) and Tim Fredericks; his grandchildren, Ali, Alayah and Steven; his brothers, Glen Fredericks (Kathy) and Jim Fredericks (Deborah Burton); and his former wife Thuba Doan.
