She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond H. Lowell and Dorothy Ostrom Lowell; her brother Raymond H. Lowell, Jr.; and her husband Thomas H. Simpson. She is survived by: her siblings, Joan Varecka and William Lowell (Susan) of Rockledge, Florida.; her children, Thomas E. Simpson (Marilyn) of Harrington Park, Kathleen Rizza (Patrick) of Emerson and Carolyn Hulsizer (David) of Ramsey; and her grandchildren, Erica Sposa (Rick), Kyle Rizza, Thomas J. Simpson (Theresa), Timothy Rizza (Kelli), Brendan Rizza (Bridget), Stephanie Hulsizer (Daniel) and David Hulsizer.
