He is survived by: his wife Leona Hogan (Hoppe); his children, Richard, Jr. and Colleen; his granddaughter Sophia; his brother Robert; and his siblings-in-law, Angie (William F. Jr.), Bridget (Stephen P.) and Harry F. Hoppe, Jr. (Diana). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
