She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorraine Mele and Vincent Mele; her husband Vincent Sarao; and her son Vincent Sarao. She is survived by: her child Michele Sarao; and her sisters, Lorraine Mele, Julia Pilas (late Nicholas), Diane Seidlmeir (Luigi) and Nora Franco (Robert).
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Sacred Heart (12 Terrace Ave, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662). The inurnment was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at the Holy Cross Chapel (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
