Jaclyn M. Gallagher Obituary

We bid farewell to Jaclyn M. Gallagher of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 5, 2025 at the age of 32. Jaclyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John Moore, Margaret and James Gallagher. She is survived by: her mother Erin Uriarte; her brother Thomas John Gallagher; her stepfather Marcus Uriarte; her grandmother Barbara Moore; and her cousin Patrice O'Malley.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. Paul's R. C. Church (200 Wyckoff Ave, Ramsey, NJ 07446). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center 633 3rd Avenue, 5th Floor, N.Y., N.Y. 10017 for Breast Cancer Research in Jaclyn's memory would be appreciated.
