She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John Moore, Margaret and James Gallagher. She is survived by: her mother Erin Uriarte; her brother Thomas John Gallagher; her stepfather Marcus Uriarte; her grandmother Barbara Moore; and her cousin Patrice O'Malley.
