He was predeceased by: his parents, Deborah Flattery and Peter Flattery; and his sister Patricia Blake (John). He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his children, Jessica Cole (Brian), Jo (Keith Byrne), Benjamin (Vicki Elkins) and Nicholas (Miriam); his brother Peter; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Brian, Hunter, Frances, Leo, Helen, Cecelia and Christian.
