She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Wales. She is survived by: her husband John Vanderhook; and her children, Kathy Carroll of Hawthorne, Donna Vanderhook of Wayne, Jacqueline Vonegosh (Mike) of Pompton Plains, Janice Vanderhook of Myrtle Beach, SC and John Vanderhook of Clifton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home (557 Lafayette Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the George Washington Memorial Park (234 Paramus Rd, Paramus, NJ 07652).
