Muriel R. Prins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Muriel R. Prins of Hawthorne, New Jersey, who passed away on September 8, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Muriel had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Muriel may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Lenten and Freda Van Lenten; her husband Ralph; and her daughter Cynthia. She is survived by: her son-in-law Mark; her grandsons, Richard (Lois) and Dr. Edward (Beth); and her daughter Lauren (Daniel). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Hawthorne Gospel Church Missions or the Christian Health Care Center.
