He is survived by: his mother Wanda Teresa Motyka (Kaszycki); his son Eric Motyka; his sister Jacqueline Motyka Helfricht; his brother-in-law William Todd Helfricht; his nephew Jacob Louis; and his godson Jacob Louis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
