He is survived by: his wife Charlene Cook; his children, Glenn Cook (Maureen) of Hawthorne, Lauren Golden (Gregory) of North Haledon and Bill Cook (Tara) of North Haledon; his grandchildren, William Golden, Kristin Golden, Matt Cook, Elisabeth Golden, Michael Cook, Billy Cook and Danny Cook; his sisters, Jane De Jong (Bill) and Trudy Talis; and his brother-in-law Frank Muus (Irene).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Eastern Christian Schools, or to New Hope Community Ministries in Prospect Park.
