He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ullmann and Gertrude Ullmann; his in-laws, Joseph and Alice Aslanian; and his sister Judith Prasch.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Ullmann; his daughters, Jennifer Sullivan (Geoffrey Sullivan) of Hazlet and Melissa Vecchio (Nicholas Vecchio) of Keyport; his sisters, Teresa Ullmann and Betty Kuzma (Mike Kuzma); his brother-in-law Dr. Gary Aslanian (Nancy Aslanian); his granddaughters, Alison, Megan and Adriana; his nephews, William, Cory and David; and his niece Emily.
