She is survived by: her children, William O'Neill III (Ida) of Middletown, NJ and Elizabeth Carney (Michael) of Lancaster, PA; her sister Josephine Ferrugiaro; and her grandchildren, William O'Neill IV, Brendan O'Neill, Kate Carney, Owen Carney and Erin O'Neill.
The family kindly requests no flowers. Memorial donations to Interfaith Health & Support Services of Southern Ocean County or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital are welcome but not required.
