William J. Dignan Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William J. Dignan of Highland Lakes, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 20, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William J. Dignan to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dignan and Anne Dignan (Green); and his wife Catherine Dignan (Murphy). He is survived by: his children, William Dignan (Sandra), Richard Dignan (Christine) and Veronica Corbutt (Paul); his grandchildren, Ryan, Colin, Matthew (Annie), Courtney, Allie Dignan, Liam, Maggie, Owen and Kieran Corbutt; and his sister Maureen Reilly.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ferguson - Vernon Funeral Home (241 NJ-94, Vernon Township, NJ 07462). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of Fatima RC Church (184 Breakneck Rd, Highland Lakes, NJ 07422). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in William's memory may be made to Our Lady of Fatima Church.
