With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Schumacher of Highland Park, New Jersey, who passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Martha's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Martha's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andreas and Marta; her husband John; her son Carl Schumacher; and her grandson Luke Thiel.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Thiel (Larry Thiel) of Edison; and her grandson Christopher Schumacher. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins and beloved friends.
