She is survived by: her husband Ken Hitchner; her daughters, Megan Hitchner Ketchum and Lynne Hitchner Hamilton; her stepsons, Kenneth Hitchner III and Douglas Hitchner; and her siblings, Sandra Guthrie, Barbara Maier, Stephen Tifft and Deborah Tifft.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to two organizations that reflect her family's enduring belief in hope, healing and helping others. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to her parents' hearts after the loss of Ronnie at age two, or Kessler Foundation, honoring the rehabilitation care Anne received after her accident.
