She is survived by: her husband Wally; her children, Jessica, Robert (Kasey), Jacquelynn (Brandon) and Julieyanna; her mother Gail Carkhuff-Howell; and her siblings, Bobby, Billy, Jimmy, Tommy, Danny, Timmy, Cathie and Kerry. She is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews, relatives.
