Ian M Progin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ian M Progin (Hillsborough, New Jersey), who passed away on May 2, 2025 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Jeffery Progin; his grandparents, Lloyd and Alma Progin; his aunt Sandy Braster; his grandparents, Francis "Gene" DeAbreu and Lillian DeAbreu; and his uncle Francis "Franny" E. DeAbreu.

He is survived by: his wife Courtney Progin; his children, Payton Ann Progin and Jeffery Randall Progin of Hillsborough; his mother Marie Progin; his stepfather Edward Boyle of Doylestown, PA; his uncle Jim Progin (Jan Mohan); his in-laws, Randall and Diane Sinclair of Flagtown, NJ; his siblings-in-law, Whitney Sinclair Stickle and Eric Stickle of Readington, NJ; and his sibling's children, Leilani, Lennon Stickle and Luke Stickle.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Ian's memory to "Imagine", whose mission is to "support children and families coping with loss and to foster resiliency and emotional well-being for all those who grieve.". The family has chosen to send donations to ImagineDonate Now (http://imaginenj.org) Donate to Charity Keep Ian's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
