She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Cozzens. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Cozzens Sr. and Linda Bouwmans; her children-in-law, Rebecca Cozzens and Gary Bouwmans Sr.; and her grandchildren, Thomas Cozzens Jr., Kira Bouwmans and Gary Bouwmans Jr..
