He was predeceased by: his father Richard Kassick; and his brothers, Richard Kassick Jr. and Sean Kassick. He is survived by: his mother Sally Kassick; his brothers, Kevin Kassick (Denise Kassick) and Keith Kassick; his former wife Colleen Leary; his grandson Declan James Hardgrove; Cailin Ann Hardgrove (John Hardgrove), Ryan Christopher Kassick and Kelly Marie Kassick.
