He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Fulton Case; his daughter Erin Case; his sisters, Bobbie Case-Negrete and Connie Murray; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Case, Joseph Fulton (Cindy), David Fulton (Brenda), Kenneth Fulton and Daniel Fulton (Sally). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family and community friends.
