She was predeceased by: her parents, Luise Portinause (Marzucca) and Frank Portinause; her husband Rocco Compitello; and her sons, Peter and August.

She is survived by: her children, Rocco, Diane Della Fave and Laura Mutter; and her brother Alexander Portinause (Sonny). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
