Dagle; her boyfriend Steve Snider; her stepchildren, Eric and Elizabeth; her stepgrandchildren, David, Olivia and Ruby; her stepchildren, Madeline, Peggy and Brian; her stepgrandson Harry; her mother Frances June Dagle; her siblings, Patricia O. Galperin (Allan) and Marty (Brenda); her siblings' children, Jessie, Stefanie, Kevin, Sean and Meghan; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Reagan and Colton; Asher.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Donna O'Grady to Weill Cornell Medicine, Dr. Eleni Andreopoulou, Breast Cancer Research.
