It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille L Casatelli (Hoboken, New Jersey), who passed away on August 5, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Hugo; her children, Mark (Laura), David (Christine) and Adrienne Casatelli-Gerken (William); her grandchildren, Ryann Casatelli (James Marcotullio), Kristen Vargas (Joseph), Rachel Casiano (Wil), Ashley (Kenneth Macchiaverna), Jessica Casatelli, Gregory Gerken (Danielle), Thomas Gerken and Nicholas Gerken; and her great grandchildren, Titus, Beatrix Vargas, Lilith, Alice Casiano, Chloe, Cecelia Macchiaverna, Bradley and Nathan Gerken. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pio Church (103 Washington Ave, Lavallette, NJ 08735). A prayer was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lawton-Turso Funeral Home (633 Washington St, Hoboken, NJ 07030). A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (340 Ridge Rd, North Arlington, NJ 07031).
