Margaret Maloney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Maloney of Hoboken, New Jersey, who passed away on May 24, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas and Nora Cooney; her sons, Robert Maloney (Melissa) of Belleville, NJ and Douglas Maloney; her granddaughter Nora Elizabeth Maloney of Bloomfield, NJ.; her husband Robert A. Maloney; and her brother Thomas J. Cooney. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Margaret (Marge) was a devoted follower of Christ and a dedicated and loyal member of Our Lady of Grace Roman Catholic Church (OLG) for the entirety of her life, missing not a single weekly service until Covid-19 rendered her unable to.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Margaret's name to Our Lady of Grace Church, Hoboken, NJ which directly funds a local homeless shelter in Hudson County.
