She is survived by: her children, Nickolas (Lisa Goldsack) and Johna Goldsack; her sisters, Alicia and Stephanie Serino; her brother-in-law David Jarret; her grandchildren, Corey (Joanna Berghuys) and Ash; her granddaughter-in-law Carolyn Berghuys; and her grandchildren, Austin Berghuys, Jenna (Chelsea Goldsack), Paige Goldsack, Leigha Goldsack, Rylan, Adriana and Hayley Berghuys.
