With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia M. Synefakis of Holmdel, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 23, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sotir Galanis and Mary Galanis. She is survived by: her husband George Synefakis; her daughter Cornelia Synefakis-Pica; and her grandson Gavin Pica.
