He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J., Sr. and Catherine Nimbley (Hughes); and his siblings, Michael Nimbley, Cathy Hood, Jean Van Wart and Margaret Nimbley.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Nimbley; his sons, Arthur Joseph Nimbley III (Allyson) and Paul Christopher Nimbley (Kristin); his grandchildren, Alexander (AJ), Claire, Ericka, Erin and Grace; and his brother Thomas Nimbley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home (150 Landing Rd, Landing, NJ 07850). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude RC Church (40 Maxim Dr, Hopatcong, NJ 07843).
