He is survived by: his parents, Domingo Ortiz, Jr. and Adriana Madrinan Boralsky Ortiz; his siblings, Luis Boralsky, Diana Boralsky Fleming and Richard Boralsky; his siblings' children, Mia Boralsky, Nico Boralsky, Kaden Fleming, Xavier Fleming and Landon Fleming; his sister-in-law Leanne Rocco Boralsky; his grandparents, Domingo Ortiz, Sr., Violeta Ortiz, Armanda Torres and Jorge Enrique Madrinan; and his aunts and uncles, Iris Ortiz, Samuel Ortiz, Lina Hetman, Marisol Madrinan, Liliana Madrinan and Alyssa Beeh.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Leber-Lakeside Funeral Home (150 Landing Rd, Landing, NJ 07850). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Gate of Heaven Chapel (225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
