With sadness, we share the passing of Kermit T. Burdette of Hopatcong, New Jersey. Kermit, born on March 11, 1931, passed away on July 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Burdette and Hazel Burdette (Latham); his wife Sue Carole Burdette; and his siblings, Anne, Archie, Dean, David, Joe and Shirley.
He is survived by: his children, Tom Burdette (Colleen Mabin), Gary Burdette (Faith), Susan Gannon (Larry) and Holly Kiernan (Marla); his grandchildren, Michael Burdette, Jaime Burdette (Jessica), Todd Burdette (Kristy), Megan Browne (Chris) and Laura Alberto; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Jaxon, Logan of Grayson, CJ and Danny.
