In loving memory of Catherine T. Urig of Howell, New Jersey, born in Manhattan, New York, who departed this world on June 17, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Urig; her son Eugene; and her brother Thomas F. Dickenson. She is survived by: her children, Jacklyn Storey (John) of Howell, NJ, John Urig (Denise) of Neptune City, NJ, James Anthony Urig of Jackson, NJ, Joan Elizabeth Matteo (Richard) of Jackson, NJ and Jayson Gordon Urig (Jaime) of Cream Ridge, NJ; and her grandchildren, John William, Andrew, Leighann, Timothy (Rebecca), Nicholas, Nicole, Noel, Kristina, Ava, Jack Michael, Connor, Ethan and Emma. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Timothy E. Ryan Home For Funerals DeBow Chapel (150 W Veterans Hwy, Jackson Township, NJ 08527). A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery (299 Freehold-Englishtown Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728).
