He is survived by: his children, Timothy McNelis, Craig, Dominique McNelis and Stephen McNelis; his granddaughter Angelina McNelis; his significant other David Quijano; and his siblings, Thomas McNelis, Mary Ann Kordeck-Fletcher, Patricia Dague, Margaret Martin, John McNelis and Robert McNelis. He is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews.
