She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Vitale and Angela Vitale; her husband James A. Gammello; and her sister Donna Vitale. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph W. Rooney of Cape May, NJ and Thomas D. Rooney of Clifton Township, PA; her daughters-in-law, Gabriella and Kathy; her siblings, Jeanne Lupia of East Northport, NY, Nancy Calcagno (Danny) of Staten Island, NY, Barbara Reich (Barry) of Sea Bright, NJ and Rock J. Vitale (Valerie) of Berwyn, PA; her grandchildren, Christina, Thomas D., Jr., Lucas, Matthew, Joseph P. and Samantha Rooney; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Cetrangola (Angela), AnnMarie Castriota (Steven), Patrick Calcagno, Danielle Lazaro, Maria Antonelli, Brianna Reich, Caroline and Rock W. Vitale. She is also survived by many grand nieces and nephews, as well as several step-grandchildren.
