He is survived by: his wife Carol Flynn-Cohen of Howell; his children, Neil (Joanne) of Glenside, PA and Ilaina (Craig Leavitt) of Ocean Township; his stepsons, Sean, Kevin (Lori) and Brian of Eatontown, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Vaughn, Nadia Cohen, Joshua, Jared Leavitt, Jerry and Donny Flynn.
In place of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed to either Monmouth Medical Center or the Greater Shore Concert Band.
