She was predeceased by: her parents, Gebreziabiher (Gergis) and Alem. She is survived by: her children, Selina and Haben; the parent of her children Keflom; and her grandson Ashton. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Union Funeral Home - Lytwyn & (1600 Stuyvesant Ave., Union, NJ 07083). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 8:00 AM at the Debre Bisrat Kudus Ghebriel Eritrean Orthodox Tewahdo Church (836 Lyons Ave, Irvington, NJ 07111). A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Hollywood Cemetery (1621 Stuyvesant Ave., Union, NJ 07083).
