She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Lazzaro and Fortunata Lazzaro; her husband Victor DeFalco; her brothers, Jerome and Domenick Lazzaro; and her sons-in-law, Jim Furtis and George Staretz.
She is survived by: her children, Marie, Dolores Staretz, Christopher (Helen), Loretta Hurd (Richard), Susanne Harnett (John) and Patrick (Christina); her sister-in-law Kitty Lazzaro; and her grandchildren, Paula DeFalco, Amanda Harding (Eric), Ashley Kavcak (James), Eric Hurd (Alexandria), Alessandra, Michael Hurd, Ian, Kate Harnett, Ryan, Abigail and Emily DeFalco. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
