He is survived by: his wife Althea Aponte (Brynes); his siblings, Elba, Gladys, Tony and Damaso; his sons, Felipe Aponte Jr. and Michael (Lisa) of Iselin, NJ.; and his grandchildren, David, Steven, Jeannette, Emily, Jailene, Martin and Rachel.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gosselin Funeral Home (660 New Dover Rd, Edison, NJ 08820). A burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hollywood Memorial Park (1500 Stuyvesant Ave., Union, NJ 07083).
