It is with sadness that the passing of Brunilda Kokich of Jackson Township, New Jersey is shared. Brunilda, born on July 11, 1937, passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Basilio Aponte and Margarita Cruz. She is survived by: her husband Robert Kokich; her sister Iris Aponte of Jersey City, NJ; her children, Linda D. Souza (Tony) of Sayreville, NJ, Robert A. Kokich (Cheryl) of Jackson and Jennifer Margolin of Orlando, FL.; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Nicholas, Daniel, Brandon and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Gianna, Beckham, Anthony and Delaney. She is also survived by her husband, her family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the George S. Hassler Funeral Home (980 Bennetts Mills Rd, Jackson Township, NJ 08527). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church (935 Bennetts Mills Rd, Jackson Township, NJ 08527). An entombment was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Burial Park (840 Cranbury South River Rd, Jamesburg, NJ 08831).
