He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mills and Helen Mills (Cox); and his daughter Stephanie Mills. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Meldrum Mills; his daughters, Kimberly Stockschlader (Joseph) of Waretown and Krista Catananzi (Christopher) of Browns Mills; his grandchildren, Dana Sloan (Nick), Brandon Eursery (Amanda), Julia, Connor Stockschlader, Stephanie, Delaney and Anthony Catananzi; and his great grandchild Leah Sloan.
