With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Patricia Russell of Jackson Township, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Sawinski and Veronica Sawinski; and her sister Barbara (Ray Mahoney). She is survived by: her husband Edward Brian Russell; her children, Mark Russell (Mary), Brian Russell, Chris Russell (April), Cheryl Bendokas (Marty), Debbie Siragusa (Ben) and Leslie Celebre (Jeff); her grandchildren, Anthony, Veronica, Jessica, Brian Jr., Kayla, Cory, Matthew, Jake, Benny, Nicholas, Steven, Jennifer and Rocco; and her great grandchildren, Cooper, Harper and Aubree.
