In the vast expanse of eternity, Katherine shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Katherine farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband William F. Carroll. She is survived by: her daughters, Alice Hoffman (James) and Linda Spehalski (Ronald); her grandchildren, Kathryn Hoffman, Patricia Hoffman, Karen Kenney (William) and Michael Spehalski; and her great grandchild Hailey Rose Kenney.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Higgins Memorial (20 Center St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Episcopal Church (33 Throckmorton St, Freehold, NJ 07728).
