He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambalal Patel and Gangaben Patel. He is survived by: his wife Ramilaben Patel; and his children, Vishal Patel, Kiran Patel of Jackson Twp, NJ and Unnati Shah. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren.
