He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Brus and Mary Brus. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Robert Brus (Colette) of Kennent Square, PA, Jason Brus of Stamford, CT and Jill O'Leary (Chris) of Manasquan, NJ; and his grandchildren, Robert III, Victoria, Harrison, Lauren, Kate, Contessa and Isabella.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 9:45 AM and at 10:00 AM at the St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church (935 Bennetts Mills Rd, Jackson Township, NJ 08527).
