She is survived by: her husband Steve D Slusak; her children, Sydney, Stephen and Sean; her mother Sally Johnston (Caring); her sisters, Beth Kopin (Keith) and Laurie Call (Richard); her mother-in-law June Slusak; her brother-in-law Frank Jr. (Cellie); and her nieces and nephews, Matthew (Jessica Kopin), Adam, Kimberly Kopin (Lindsay), Kevin, Kristen Call, Frank II (Kelsi Slusak) and Sarah (Jordan Kindervater).
