She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfonso Falzarano and Lucy Centano; her husband Philip Lisa; her children, Lucille A. Tanner and Philip J. Lisa, Jr.; her brother Peter Centano; and her stepfather Tony Centano.
She is survived by: her daughter Annie Alexis of Freehold; her grandchildren, James Alexis, Gregory Tanner (Robyn), Melisa Alexis, Eric Tanner and Marisa Tanner (Bill Cleary); her great grandchildren, Samantha, Michael, Katlin, Taylor, Hailey and Ryan; and her son-in-law Thomas Tanner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Road, Jackson.
