She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Morton, Barbara Cook and Alice Pizzuti; and her aunt Debbie Swartz. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Cook and Diane Cook Sr. of Keansburg; her husband Robert Patrick Taylor of Jackson; and her brother Brian Pizzuti of Vermont. She is also survived by four nephews and 1 niece.
